- Is it really free?
- Yes. PDF and Final Draft downloads need no account and have no limits. An account (also free) is only needed if you want to save the script and keep working on it.
- Does it work with text from ChatGPT and Claude?
- It's built for it. It removes markdown (asterisks, headings, separators), the chatty lines before and after the script and "Scene 1:" labels, and turns dialogue written as "MARCO: hi" into the real format, with the name above the line.
- What format does it use?
- The industry standard: Courier 12, 1.5-inch left margin, character cues and dialogue at their indents, transitions on the right, scene numbers in the margin, on A4 pages. It recognises English and Italian scene headings (INT., EXT., EST., INTERNO, ESTERNO).
- Is my text stored anywhere?
- No. Formatting happens in your browser and the text stays there (even if you reload the page). It only reaches our servers if you choose to save it to your account.
- Can the AI rewrite scenes directly in the script?
