The file doesn't leave until you say so
You know how it goes: you send the WeTransfer link "for one last look", the client downloads it, and the invoice sits there for months. Here the cut isn't a file: it's an encrypted stream the client watches from the portal, and that's it.
The encryption key lives only on the server, never in the file cloud. If the relationship gets complicated, suspend the project with one click and the video stops playing everywhere.
The cut is yours until it's paid for. Consegna.video simply makes that true.
From quote to final file, in four steps

Create the project
Client, job name and the steps you want: contract, booking, PDF, video, chat. The client gets a code and picks a password on first access.

The client signs and books
Signs the contract from the phone, with date, IP and document fingerprint. Books the shoot on your Google Calendar. You know a second later, on Telegram.

Upload the cut from your computer
Drop the export into the app: it encrypts, splits into segments and uploads while you do something else. The client watches it in streaming and leaves notes at the exact second.

Approve, and the video unlocks
When the last step is approved the video becomes embeddable on the client's site, or downloadable. Until then it only exists in streaming, on the domains you choose.
You never open a dashboard. Telegram tells you.
Every project has its own topic in your Telegram group. Signature, booking, new note, approval: they land there, with buttons to reply on the spot. The dashboard exists, but you open it when you want to, not because you have to check.

Domain-locked embed
Once approved, the client embeds the player on their site, and it only works there. You choose per project: embeddable link, downloadable file, or both.
Notes at the exact second
The client pauses and writes: the note stays pinned to that frame, with clickable timecode, done/to-do status, author and date. Versions v1, v2, v3 in sequence.
Contracts with signature
The client reads and signs from the phone. Date, IP, device and document fingerprint are kept: change a comma and the signature no longer matches.
Shoot booking
A "calendar" step shows your availability from Google Calendar. The client picks, the event lands in your calendar, and you get the notification.
Telegram tells you
One topic per project in your group: signature, booking, new note, approval, with buttons to reply on the spot. You open the dashboard when you want to.

Drop the export, the app encrypts and uploads in the background. No browser upload dying at 97%.
Hours and gear with NFC badges
Crew clock in on set by tapping the badge with their phone. Cases have a tag: who takes them, what's missing, how they come back. Hours land in the project.

Frequently asked questions
- Can the client record the screen?
- Yes, like on Netflix. The point isn't making copying impossible: it's that the client never holds the delivery-quality file until they approve. A screen recording is not a spot you can air.
- Is the contract signature legally valid?
- It's a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS regulation: valid as evidence, with date, IP, device and cryptographic fingerprint of the document. Contracts that require a qualified signature need a certified provider, and you can still attach that PDF to the project.
- Where are my videos stored?
- On object storage, encrypted in chunks. The decryption key lives only on the application server, so anyone reaching the storage sees unreadable blocks. Videos of closed projects are deleted after the period you set.
- Do I need to install anything?
- The Mac and Windows app, used to upload the videos. The client portal is a link. You already have Telegram. Everything else lives in the browser.
- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They get an access code and pick a password the first time. A client with several projects sees their own dashboard; with a single project, they land straight in the video.
- I already use Frame.io or Vimeo Review. Why switch?
- They do review well, and only that. Here review is one step among contract, booking, delivery and payment: one link, and the video unlocks at the end of the path. If all you need is commenting on a video, Frame.io is fine.
