No music, no editing: a screen recording, the plugin at work.
The plugin walks every subfolder and watches each clip end to end: video, audio (music, voice-over) and images. A 480p proxy transits to the AI eye and is deleted: no file is ever stored on our servers. Let it run for hours; if it stops, it resumes where it left off.
What happens and when, who's in it, what they say, the good moments with timecodes, the defects (shake, focus, exposure), the takes from the slate. Cards are kept bin by bin: analyze today, edit whenever you want.
“4-minute emotional highlight: prep, ceremony, vows, speeches, party; rising rhythm, close on the dance.” The AI director reads every card and builds the sequence inside the clean cut points, keeping the story of the day.
A new, assembled timeline: clips on the chosen cut points, music and voice-over on their own audio track, the proposed titles as Text+ and a marker with the director's note on every clip. From there it's normal editing: fix, refine, deliver. Hours of rough cut become minutes of review.
It doesn't remove silences or fix color: it decides what to keep, in what order, and where to cut. The part you do by hand today.
Select a clip, describe the effect, the result lands at the exact frame on its own track. Three modes: generate a new video, edit the clip (video-to-video) or extend it. Frame at cursor and references with @Image, @Video and @Audio tags.
Characters, locations and products as reusable references: the same face, the same place, for the whole length of a spot.
The AI Studio on shotclick.ai: screenplay → shot → prompt → image → video, with a timeline export ready for Resolve.
The plugin uses credits like everything else: you always see the cost before confirming, videos are billed only on delivery.
Install, restart Resolve, open Workspace → Workflow Integrations → ShotClick AI and paste your API key (Settings → API Keys on shotclick.ai).
On Windows, SmartScreen may warn that the installer is unsigned: “More info → Run anyway”. The zip is the manual alternative, with no executable.
Same panel, same features, same key: Auto-Edit on the project bins and VFX on the selected clip. Double-click the .ccx file and the Creative Cloud app installs it; then Window → UXP Plugins → ShotClick AI. Requires Premiere Pro 25.6 or newer.
First release: proposed titles and effects arrive as markers, because Premiere's API does not expose them. If something misbehaves on your project, write me: I will fix it.
